Ike is Managing Partner of ZaneCRE with a focus on Acquisitions, Fund Structuring, Strategic Partnerships, and Investor Relations.

General or Managing partner for $300M AUM consisting of 2,000+ multifamily units across Texas, Florida, and North Carolina.

Investor in a portfolio of office assets, government properties, and specialized development projects in Ohio and Georgia.

Founder of WealthChakra(TM), a platform to facilitate joint venture investment groups for commercial projects.

Former C-level executive with expertise in optimization technology, market research, and turnaround ventures. Ike earned a BE degree from the University of Bombay and an MS degree from the University of Cincinnati, specializing in formal mathematical modeling. He lives in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex with his wife and children.

Fallon is the Director of Operations for ZaneCRE with a focus on Investor Relations, Organization Development, and Strategic Planning and Execution.

Former Business Manager at a high growth startup with expertise in business analytics, operational efficiency, continuous improvement, and managing large scale construction projects. Fallon earned a BS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Arkansas and an MBA from Texas Tech University. She lives in the Dallas-Forth Worth metroplex with her partner and dog, Boone.
